OVERVIEW
The activities of ResNet take place in six working landscapes across Canada. In each landscape, ResNet has launched a series of investigations, co-designed with local industry, government, NGO, and Indigenous partners and other stakeholders, into the provision, modelling, and governance of multiple ecosystem services.
OUR SIX LANDSCAPES
THEMES
ResNet also features three themes in which scientists, working with partners, apply theory to the data and knowledge generated in the landscapes to improve the management, modelling, and monitoring of ecosystem services in each landscape.

SYNTHESIS TEAM
The Synthesis Team is responsible for providing oversight for the development of the following key ResNet deliverables:
- New tools, including policy briefs and how-to guides, for estimating ecosystem services outcomes of land use and management decisions for multiple ecosystem services in Canada’s working landscapes
- Landscape-based models and maps of ecosystem services provisions to forecast outcomes of decision-making in complex systems.
- A framework for an Ecosystem Services Observation System for Canada database populated by both ResNet-generated data and by existing external sources .
