Skil-Hiilans Alan Davison is a Haida Hereditary Chief, archaeologist and artist who serves at the Hereditary Chiefs Table for the Haida Nation. He holds a BA in Anthropology from Vancouver Island University and has over 12 years of archeological research experience in Gwaii Haanas. Skil-Hiilans is now a program manager at Gulf Islands Nation Park Reserve working on the recovery of the Southern Resident Killer Whales. |
